Job description

We have an opportunity to work on an exciting project near Green Park Underground Station as a Project Manager . Our client, a Tier 1 Contractor, is working on refurbishing this listed building into a prime high end hotel as well as some high end apartments.

With an attractive salary, a travel package and slew of other benefits this growing contractor would provide a great next step for the right candidate.

Skills and Requirements:

• NVQ Level 6 or Higher
• SMSTS
• CSCS Black Card
• First Aid
• Experience in Heritage and High End Construction as Senior Site Manager or Project Manager
• Proven practice in managing Subcontractors
• Desirable – Temporary Works Coordinator
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of Fieldview or other Construction Management systems
• Working References
