PTHP Lecturer in SEND and Inclusion
Hours: up to 12 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract to 30 June 2024
Salary: £27.03 Per Hour + £6.44 per hour holiday pay
All hourly paid part time staff receive pay the month following the month in which hours are worked, e.g. hours worked in November are paid at the end of December. Holiday pay is accrued and paid three times per annum, March, August and December.

The Role
As a part time hourly paid lecturer in SEND and Inclusion you will assist in fostering a rich learning environment by teaching clearly structured lessons or sequences of work via courses delivered on a range of days and evenings and at different venues throughout the year. You will be committed to excellence, offering the very highest standards in teaching. You will also be expected to be contribute towards course marketing.
What are we looking for in a Lecturer for SEND and Inclusion
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who possesses a recognised teaching qualification (or is willing to work towards one), has experience of teaching in a further / higher education environment and a strong awareness of current developments within your subject discipline.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you'll have the ability to relate to a wide and diverse student population, mentors and learning settings.
