Salary: £33,966 to £36,024 with progression to £44,263 per annum

In line with continuing to deliver on our EDI commitment, an exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join our team of EDI professionals and lead on the development and delivery of EDI training at the University. 

 

As EDI Training Lead, you will lead on the scoping, design, delivery and evaluation of a suite of EDI training for colleagues. Working with a range of Professional Services and academic colleagues from EDI Leads, People Services, and Organisational Development, you will play a vital role in building knowledge and understanding of key EDI issues across the University, empowering colleagues to embed EDI into their daily practice and contributing to our long-standing commitment to EDI.
