We are currently looking for a Clinical Sales Representative Graduate to join our Endoscopy Division. 

 

The position can be based will be based Southern Ireland ( South West /Midlands) but the candidate must be willing to regularly travel throughout the country. The position will be starting in April 2024.

 
The successful candidate will be offered a 12-month fixed term contract and may be retained by Boston Scientific in the Endoscopy division at the end of the 12 months.

About the role:

Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) provides clinical support to assigned accounts in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful applicant would divide their time between 80 % Clinical & 20% Sales and supports regions in understanding account’s unmet needs and expectations to facilitate account strategy and plans development.

-After training, support medical personnel and theatre staff during procedures.
-Be the contact person and consultant for the medical management and medical staff.
-Identifies, manages, and reports to regions for sales opportunity deriving from clinical support; consequently, supports Account Manager and business in clinical selling based on clinical support information provided. 
-Provides education, clinical support, therapy development, acts upon potential sales opportunities.
Maintains/increase market share at BSC accounts by delivering excellent product in-servicing, evaluations, and continuous procedural education.
-Attends and actively participates in customer, company and industry sponsored events and meetings.
-Based on clinical support, supports wider sales team in gathering information about next tenders and negotiation opportunities.
-Develops and implements a proactive plan that involves service support, with regions and team members, to increase the quality of service to customers.
-Records customer information and activities in Company’s CRM system as an alignment tool with other roles
-Performs periodic update with respective Salesforce and Commercial Contracting organization.

 

Key Requirements:

-Be a recent Bachelor or Master graduate (2023/2024) with a Business, Biotechnical, Biomedical, Scientific Degree who wants to work in a commercial environment. 
-Fluent in English
-Be computer/technically savvy.
-Hold a current driving license.
