We are looking for an Information and Facilities Officer to assist in the running of Education spaces across the Health and Care Academy. Arriving at a time of exciting change, as we open our state-of-the-art Academy. The successful candidate will help the day to day running of the Academy by overseeing our facilities, resources and booking systems.

• To ensure the efficient and effective running of the Academy.
• To oversee and maintain the Academy and its resources.
• To take and manage room bookings.
• To assist in room preparation prior to occupation, to include the setting up of equipment and movement of furniture.
• To be the first point of contact within the Academy and to respond to all enquiries in a helpful and appropriate manner.
• To promote an ethos of high-quality customer service to all users of facilities within the Academy.
We manage four major locality hospitals at Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital, North Tyneside, Wansbeck and Hexham, plus a number of smaller community hospitals and clinics from Tynemouth to Berwick on Tweed, covering one of the largest geographical areas of any NHS trust in the country.
