A top Legal firm in central London.
Description
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the HR Manager on a one-to-one basis with HR related processes, including recruitment, ER issues.
- Offering ER support to line managers.
- Support the Head of HR and HR Administrator with day-to-day operational and transactional HR activities.
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- prior experience working as an HR Advisor within a professional services setting.
- knowledge, and experience of advising line managers on ER matters.
- the ability to confidently converse with stakeholders on a daily basis.
