What matters to the people we support matters to us. It’s their life, their way.
We are looking for someone to join our team in Loughborough where we support 10 people who live in their own flats within the same building. You will be working in their home, so it’s important you can connect. Some people may like to stay up late and watch a film, listen to Music with a hot chocolate, or enjoy a relaxing bath before going to bed. For others, they may be early risers and want your support to get up and ready for the day ahead, and so your role will be to provide responsive support during the night and early morning as required.
This post is for waking nights per week on a rota, including alternate weekends, working between the hours of 9:30pm – 7:15am.
So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.
Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence.
