INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR

NORTH HOME COUNTIES

Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in the North Home Counties who require an Interim Estates Surveyor to join their team working on the commercial and operational assets.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on working through the backlog of rent reviews and lease renewals - most that are outstanding from before Covid19.

Their assets include (and aren't limited to): retail parades, offices, warehouses, community centres, schools and pavilions.

You would work on a hybrid basis, only being required in the office once per week for a team meeting. On this day, you can also complete site inspections.

• Access to a car and a clean driving license is required.
• Full time or part time (part time being 3-4 days per week).
• MRICS is not desirable, but public sector experience is essential.
• INSIDE IR35 - Via umbrella company
