My client are a global business who are rapidly expanding nationwide so are currently looking for candidate to join their team on an immediate basis. They have a hugely supportive working environment with an excellent team dynamic and full training will be provided.
Job Description
The main duties of the role will include:-
- Processing sales orders in an efficient manner and achieving customer delivery deadlines.
- Updating customers throughout the order lifecycle ensuring high quality responses to all client queries are responded to.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are met.
- Working alongside Finance to highlight any orders that are blocked due to credit issues and ensuring orders can be delivered according to customer's requirements.
- Following up with warehouse and transport company to resolve any logistics issues affecting any orders.
- Organising any stock check enquiries from customers or internal departments.
- Processing credit notes when required.
