Job description

InterQuest are currently supporting a growing financial services firm who are looking for a talented Compliance Manager with strong consumer credit experience to lead on compliance policy and advisory across the business. This is a great position for someone looking to take on a more senior position, working closely with the Head of Compliance to ensure the business is up to date with regulatory change.

Alongside developing the compliance, policy and conduct risk frameworks, you will be leading on providing technical advice on regulations including CONC, DISP and SYSC. You will also be taking responsibility for policy changes and own the delivery of risk event processes using your expertise. Stakeholder engagement skills will be key for this position as you will be taking initiative as compliance representation on upcoming projects and integral to providing regulatory training to the wider business.

The right candidate will have:

• Proven experience in regulatory compliance with a focus on compliance advisory or policy roles.
• Strong experience in financial services and with extensive knowledge of consumer credit.
• Expertise in regulations such as CONC, SYSC, DISP, PRIN and GDPR.
• Experience developing and updating policy and maintaining risk processes.
• Confidence advising and influencing across a business including interacting with stakeholders.
