Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Head of Finance to join a health care organisation based in West London. As a key player in the organisation, you will manage the Finance team and deputise for the Finance Director, where appropriate. You must have a solid understanding of the financial and management accounting processes while encompassing strong analytical and decision–making abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

You will oversee:

• Banking & Cashflow
• Management of the financial ledgers
• Financial and Management accounting
• Doctors Payroll
• Staff Payroll
• Internal and External Reporting
• Costing
• Ensuring the SAGE ledger system is kept up to date and new modules are installed;
• Controlling user access of system;
• Ensuring reports are prepared as appropriate
• Ensuring back up of ledger;

Personal requirements for the role:

• ACCA/CIMA PQ/Fully qualified
• Minimum 2 years solid experience in a similar role
• Experience in updating processes & making recommendations
• Experience in SAGE 200
• Experience with overseeing Payroll
• Experience with Financial reporting

Hybrid working pattern – 2–3 days in the office (Office based in Ladbroke Grove – Please check location before applying.

60,000– 65,000 per annum
