Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a Global Print manufacturer in their search for Production Operative to work a fixed term contract in Newcastle

For the successful Production Operative our client is offering:
i. £24,795 per annum 
ii. 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, 6 am – 6 pm / 6 pm – 6 am rotating weekly 
iii. 6 months FTC with a view of it going permanent for the right candidate 
iv. Training and development opportunities 
v. Free parking 

The role - Production Operative:
i. Operation of lifting table/wrapping machine
ii. Feeding cartons onto a machine
iii. Packing of ‘Flat’ cartons in an efficient manner 
iv. Operation of semi-auto wrapper
v. Production of labels
vi. Inspecting and assessing product quality

What our client is looking for in a Production Operative:
i. Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
ii. Must possess a good attitude to work and attendance
iii. Understanding of KPIs to track performance
iv. Previous experience within the Print & Packaging industry - BENEFICIAL
