JOB DESCRIPTION:
Abbott Vascular are looking for a Commercial Excellence and Campaign Manager (based from our Maidenhead office) to be responsible for enhancing the effectiveness and profitability of the sales and marketing functions through continuous improvement in commercial capabilities and developing strategies and processes, striving for long-term operational excellence. The role will entail tracking sales performance, day to day marketing activities and A&P costs, implementing and evaluating marketing initiatives and exploring market trends and opportunities within OneForce, PowerBI and other tools, ensuring we spend our marketing budget efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cooperating with commercial excellence team to ensure key activities are tracked in PowerBI and OneForce
- Supporting the execution of marketing activities using specific tools (Power BI, OneForce, Marketo, Vablet) to ensure promotional campaigns are set up and tracked appropriately
- Working with the local team to ensure information is up-to-date in OneForce (including sales rep targets and finance updates)
- Supporting the creation of demand plans and in the implementation of sales, marketing campaigns and email outreaches
- Managing data inputs that drive marketing/sales initiatives and opportunities
- Creating and ongoing management of the install database detailing all Abbott capital equipment owned or held on consignment by customers
- Being the first point of contact for commercial excellence team and assigned person to communicate our local needs
What you’ll need:
- Prior experience in a business analytics role with a track record of contingency planning with a commercial operations focus
- Salesforce.com and PowerBI experience, as well as skilled in PowerPoint and Adobe
- Preferred background in medical device industry
- Bachelor’s degree in the Sciences
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and organisation skills
- Proactive and results-focused
