We are seeking a skilled and conscientious D2C Customer Service Analyst to join our dynamic D2C team. As a Customer Service Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online and offline customer journey. Your primary responsibilities will include answering customer contacts directly and support indirect service functions, exploring customer interactions, identifying patterns, and providing practical, supportive insights to improve overall service quality.

You'll have proven experience in assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services always maintaining a positive customer experience .
Demonstrating a background in customer service analysis, you'll prepare and deliver regular (daily, weekly, monthly) reports on customer service performance, highlighting trends, areas of concern, and recommendations for improvement. You will communicate your findings to relevant stakeholders.
