Job Title: Year 6 Teacher

Are you a passionate and dedicated educator with experience in guiding students through their final year of primary school? We are seeking an enthusiastic Year 6 Teacher to join our vibrant and dynamic team, located in the heart of Hammersmith, London.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Classroom Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

2. Assessment and Feedback: Conduct regular assessments to track students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.

3. Differentiated Instruction: Cater to the diverse needs of students by implementing varied teaching strategies and adapting resources to meet individual learning styles.

4. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of each student.

5. Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment that promotes a love for learning and mutual respect.

6. Parental Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates, meetings, and conferences, fostering a strong home-school partnership.

7. Extracurricular Involvement: Contribute to the wider school community by actively participating in extracurricular activities and school events.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with a focus on Year 6.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
