I am delighted to be working with this Award-winning, 5* resort and spa in St Andrews as they search to expand their procurement team.
They are known as an employer of choice and are committed to the well-being of their employees.
This is a full-time permanent position operating on 45 hours a week and sometimes requiring weekend work to keep up with peak seasons.
Your new role In this role you will be expected to:
- Manage strategic and operational procurement for the resort
- Manage and mentor the procurement department
- Engage in supplier and stakeholder management
- Manage the food and beverage categories in line with the company\'s procurement policy
What you\'ll need to succeed A successful candidate will have:
- Experience in hospitality or FMCG procurement
- People management experience
- CIPS qualifications (or relevant experience)
- POS system management experience
