We have an exciting new role to join our growing team.
We need a Breakfast Server Supervisor to greet & seat customers and residents of the hotel. To Lead the breakfast team on day to day operations. To ensure the expected high standards of customer service, health & safety, cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in La Mon Hotel as a whole.
About The Role
Breakfast Attendant Responsibilities Include:
Managing the Breakfast team.
Ordering for Breakfast
· Meeting & greeting the guests
· Preparing for, setting up, and disassembling the buffet
· Ensuring that the buffet remains stocked with sufficient amounts of food throughout service
· Interacting with guests by taking orders, responding to any questions or complaints, and clearing their eating area upon their departure
· Ensure that customers' needs are met in a timely manner so that they can leave the dining area by the end of the meal service
· Maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant throughout the meal service. This includes sanitizing surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, etc.
Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by the management.
