Apprenticeship Manager
1.0 FTE / 35 Hours per week; Grade 7, £36,333.00 - £40,745.00 Hybrid role with at least 3 days per week onsite Who we’re looking for: Marjon is a small University, with a strong sense of community, centred on student success. We are looking for someone with knowledge of the management, administrative and coordination requirements for successful apprenticeship delivery including funding and compliance rules. You will be highly organised, work well under pressure and be able to work flexibly both independently and as part of a team. The ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally is essential. What you’d be doing: Working closely with the Head of Quality and Standards and academic staff from our Academic Schools, you will develop central oversight of the University’s apprenticeship portfolio, managing the processes and administration which support the day-to-day delivery of the University’s apprenticeship programmes. This is a key role in ensuring the regulatory compliance of the University’s apprenticeship portfolio.
