Salary: cGBP60,000 per annum
Job Type: Temporary, Fixed Term Contract Interim Position (12–18 months)

Head of Finance – The Role:
As the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic oversight of financial activities, managing the finance team, and overseeing payroll processes. This position involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations and contributing to the development and implementation of financial policies.
Head of Finance – Key Responsibilities:
– Providing strategic oversight of the school's financial activities
– Managing and leading the finance team to ensure efficient and effective financial operations
– Collaborating with senior leadership to contribute financial insights for strategic decision–making
– Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
– Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to enhance financial controls
Head of Finance – You:
– Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable
– Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the education sector
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a finance team
– In–depth knowledge of financial regulations and best practices
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
