Customer Service Executive
Location: Ringwood
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 p/a (OTE £40,000)
Hours: shifts between 7:30am – 6pm (1 in 4 Saturdays 8am – 2pm)
FREE onsite parking

Duties:
- Dealing with all inbound calls from customers (no outbound)
- Supporting customers and confirming appointments over the phone
- Liaising with customers via phone, live chat, and email
- Follow up on emails
- Diary management
- Nurturing customer calls and transferring them into bookings
- First point of call for customers – transfer calls over to relevant departments when required
Skills:
- Previous customer service telephony experience is required
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Proficient with Microsoft 360
- Driven and eager to achieve maximum potential
- Willing to work towards and hit targets
