Job description
Build up the system for managing the appropriate raw material safety stock level for each products leasing with toll blender and raw material supplier based on the latest customer forecast.
Plan the most cost effective purchasing plan with supplier including Japanese HQ while ensuring safety stock in blender.
Develop positive relationships with blenders and raw material suppliers conclude the contracts/agreement with them
Japanese speaking Procurement Administrator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
Excellent written and oral communications skills in Japanese and English
Previous experience in using SAP system
Previous experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role
Expert understanding of incoterms and import / export procedures and handling with custom agents and goods / shipments clearance
