This Audiology Area Manager role is with an award-winning professional hearing care brand and is perfect for someone with commercial and managerial experience in a clinical setting who is looking for an interesting new challenge with a forward-thinking company.
Here's a summary of the role:
- Full-time role with a £50,000 basic salary plus a £10,000 bonus
- There’s a great deal of flexibility regarding work setting, giving you great variation to your work week - the nature of this role includes a high degree of travel across South West England
- Due to the continued success of the brand, this unique opportunity has arisen, with the board of directors seeking an individual to provide clinical leadership and to display commercial/managerial responsibility
- In this general managerial role, you’ll take a hands-on approach and become the first point of call for all clinicians – ensuring that standards are followed and providing support to staff
- You’ll play a vital role in overseeing the commercial strategy of the brand by reviewing, monitoring, and actioning performance figures/targets
- With continued growth, no doubt there’s a lot of buzz around this brand – here’s an opportunity for you to proactively grow this business and share your expertise (the brand is looking to double its current set up)

- To hold previous clinic management experience working in a professional hearing care/optical setting, this hearing care brand looking for someone who prides themselves on clinical judgment and holds confidence in managing healthcare professionals
- Previous experience in people management as well as stakeholder management
- Demonstrate skills in interpersonal communication, supporting patient management, recruitment, training/onboarding and helping to incentivise everyone across the team
