Contracts/Build Manager.
Yorkshire.
Traditional Housebuilding. Basic c£80,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance + Package + Bonus.
Our client is a major housebuilder that develop across Yorkshire. They build a wide range of standard houses and low-rise, traditionally built apartments. The business is highly entrepreneurial, fast moving with excellent funding and a substantial land bank in place. Key aspects:
• You will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality homes, safely, to programme and on budget
• Lead a culture that drives outstanding performance from the contractor base
• Work closely with the land, commercial, technical, finance and sales teams to ensure the seamless flow of projects
• Work within a culture of continuous improvement, with a team focus and sharing best practice
We are keen to speak with experienced, construction professionals who work within the residential development sector, you could be working for another housebuilder, contractor, RP or within consultancy. You are highly credible and able to manage a broad range of stakeholders, highly energetic and having total pride in the quality and timeliness of the projects that you deliver.
