Job description

The School is looking to recruit an HR Manager to deliver an excellent, high quality and efficient HR service. It will be the
sole specialist HR role within the School.


The HR Manager will lead on recruitment, be a first point of contact for staff HR queries and be able to advise the
Headmaster/Director of Finance & Resources on regulatory HR matters.


The post would suit a well-qualified, highly able and experienced HR practitioner who is looking for a part-time role over
the next two years. There is the possibility that in due course an extension to the role could be discussed.


Accuracy, confidentiality, tact, diplomacy and the ability to handle multiple sources of information is key. Therefore, to
be successful in this role you must have resilience and be good at managing your time as well as delivering a high level
of provision.


The successful candidate will demonstrate positivity, a can-do approach and good humour.


Still early in the new Headmaster’s tenure, the role offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in embedding the
collaboratively-revised set of organisational values, purpose and vision through all HR processes and procedures.
