Job description

Dalmeny Hotel in St. Annes are recruiting for an Apprentice Commis Chef. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Commis Chef qualification which will take approximately 20 months to complete.

Job duties will include:
•Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and always stocked
•Assisting in the food preparation process
•Following instructions and preparation for recipes based on restaurant standards
•Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
•Following health and safety and food hygiene practices

Hours:
5 day over a 7 day period including weekends / Earliest start time 5:30am - Latest finish 10:00pm / 40 hours per week
