SITE MANAGER -
Type: Contract
Salary: £200 - £240 per day
Location: Moreton
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently seeking an organised and well-equipped Site Manager to work on the extension & refurbishment of a popular supermarket store in Moreton.
The selected candidate will be tasked with the comprehensive oversight of the project, efficient management of on-site trades, strict adherence to health and safety regulations, meticulous monitoring to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion, and meticulous attention to ensuring all works meet the requisite quality standards.
Ideally you will have experience in ground works, steel erection, brickwork, roofing, cladding, and shop fit/fit-out.
Requirements:
• Recent experience overseeing new build projects.
• Diverse sector experience across retail, education, healthcare and commercial.
• Valid SMSTS, First Aid and Black CSCS Card. (minimum 6 months before expiry)
• Proficiency in Microsoft suites
• 2 x References.

Rate will be between £200 - £240 per day and can be paid through CIS.
