Flame Health Optometry are working with a reputable Independent Optical Practice who are seeking an Optical Practice Manager to join them in their practice based in the County Durham area.

As a Practice Manager you will be responsible for the running of this high achieving and popular practice whilst working within a fully comprehensive management role, including supervising staff, driving business growth and ensuring the continued smooth running and profit of the practice.

Our client takes pride in offering a caring and professional service to all their patients and you will of course be working within an up to date practice which has well run clinics

The successful candidate should be both technically and commercially aware with good optical managerial skills in order to drive an efficient and effective branch.
