Job description
A well-established homeware retailer is looking for a HR Manager to join their HR team. The company is experiencing great success and has exciting growth plans for 2024. At this point, this is a fixed term contract working from their West London offices. Reporting to the Head of HR, your role will involve delivering people business partnering across various sectors of the business. Your focus will be developing and implementing HR strategy aligned with operational strategic goals. Building crucial relationships across all levels of the business, you'll guide and influence decisions in all facets of people management. Strong communication skills, the ability to work at pace, and the capacity to build excellent relationships with key senior leaders are all essential. Ideally, you will come from a retail or hospitality based company delivering exceptional results. The basic salary is up to £70,000, with a strong benefits package including a bonus, up to 50% discount, a 5% mixed pension, life assurance, and private medical coverage. This is a hybrid working pattern on 3 days office based, and two from home.
