Fire Trade Supervisor

Ely based with a balance of home and office working - Covering the East fire region

£43,585 - £45,879 per year

40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 17:00pm

We are looking for a Fire Trade Supervisor to join our team based in Ely. As Fire Trade Supervisor you will coordinate between the planners, & Operations Manager and your team on a daily basis to plan the operative’s workload. A company van will be provided for company use and the role will have opportunities to develop your career further.

The role of Fire Trade Supervisor will include:

• Managing a team of 6 Trade Operatives across multiple sites, ensuring that high quality work is carried out
• Review PPM and remedials works are planned
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times

• Completing site surveys and meeting with clients to continuously improve our services
• Processing orders for materials and managing resources effectively
• Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers
• Assisting with the recruitment, performance management and development of staff

Skills and experiences:

• Demonstrable experience of managing/supervising staff within a fire and security environment
• Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook (or similar)
• This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
