We are looking for committed and enthusiastic Children and Families Neighbourhood Lead w ith fantastic leadership skills and attributes to join us. It’s an exciting time to be part of the Early Help and Early Years’ Service as we develop and deliver services for children, young people and their families in our Family Hubs.

We are looking for a leader with the relevant experience to join us and contribute to the delivery of child and family centred services to ensure families get the right support at the right time.
The role includes strategic leadership and operational delivery of services for families. Working with multi-agency partners across one of our 5 neighbourhoods, you will work collaboratively to support children and families 0-19 years on interventions linked to Early Years, Early Help, Supporting families and parenting and relationships. Partnership working is central to the service and role and you will have the opportunity to be involved in developing new ways of working, through advisory boards and network events in your area.
You will have responsibility for the family hubs within your neighbourhood and direct line management of several team members.
