Room Leader (Level 3) needed in SE18 (Plumstead) 40 Hours Per Week (5 Days - 8 Hour Shifts) - £11.50 + Per Hour
Job Title: Room Leader (Level 3)
Salary: £11.50 + (Depending on qualifications and experience)
Location: SE18, Plumstead
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week (5 Days - 8 Hour Shifts)
Candidate Requirements:
Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in childcare
Previous experience working with children (as a nursery practitioner)
Passion for making learning fun an d engaging for each child
Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
Ability to use a variety of of techniques to communicate with both children and adults clearly and successfully
Provide support to both managers and room leaders to ensure a comfortable work environment for all parties
Sound understanding of the EYFS
Management skills - able to lead and support the practitioners in the room
Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, child protection and the winder legislative requirement for working with children
