Job description
Prepare legal documents for property transactions such as contracts deeds and mortgages
Conduct property searches and obtain necessary information for conveyancing process
Liaise with clients estate agents and other parties involved in the transaction
Review and analyze property titles to ensure accuracy and identify any issues or discrepancies
Coordinate with banks for mortgage approvals and disbursements
Attend settlement meetings and assist with the transfer of property ownership
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to conveyancing transactions
Experience:
Previous experience as a Conveyancer or in a similar role 3 years
Strong knowledge of property laws regulations and conveyancing processes
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
Attention to detail and ability to review legal documents accurately
Proficient in using conveyancing software and other relevant tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Skills:
Negotiation skills to facilitate agreements between parties involved in property transactions
Salary
45000 to 50000 Negotiable
