What your new role will entail:
As Senior Coastal Modeller you will work on high profile Coastal and Maritime projects and will have the following responsibilities:
Being part of the team:
To meet our growing business needs, we are looking to employ a Senior Coastal Modeller to work within our thriving Coastal team which sits within our Water Resources Group. Here you will have the opportunity to collaborate with UK Water and maritime teams as well as other business lines on major multi-disciplinary projects.
Our Coastal Team is comprised of engineers, modelers, strategic consultants, and coastal process specialists with diverse expertise. We deliver crucial, innovative, and sustainable work on dynamic coastal zones. The breadth of projects the team is involved with includes policy setting and management strategies combatting coastal flooding and erosion risks, marine physical process Environmental Impact Assessments, coastal / met-ocean modelling studies, overtopping assessments, Flood Risk Assessments, and detailed design projects.
We deliver work for a wide variety of clients from around the world, including the Environment Agency, private and public organisations, and local authorities. We have also recently secured major framework wins which will see us working on range of exciting coastal schemes both in the UK and Jersey.
