This is a truly outstanding opportunity to join the Ipswich-based Disease team of one of the best Litigation practices in the world.
The disease team is Legal 500 recommended and handles injury litigation, including disease claims such as mesothelioma and asbestos-related illness.
Responsibilities:
- Run your own caseload
- Working with international clients facing claims arising from exposure to asbestos, noise, vibration and other disease claims
- Supervision of more Junior members of the Team
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the team and be proactive in business development
Skills Required:
- 4+ years’ PQE
- Working knowledge of the Pre Action-Protocol for Disease and Illness claims and Practice Direction 49B – Mesothelioma Claims
- Strong technical skills, commercial acumen, and ideally a classification of 2:1 or higher
