About the role
Our client are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, developing and implementing new features from concept to deployment. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their product offerings and improving the customer experience, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in their solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient features across the full stack, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with product management and design teams to understand end-user requirements and translate these into practical technical solutions.
- Tackle complex software challenges and troubleshoot issues to maintain high-quality standards across their platform.
- Seamlessly integrate their applications with third-party services, enhancing functionality and user engagement.
- Proactively maintain and upgrade existing solutions, services, and internal tools to stay ahead of market demands.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of their company’s solutions, influencing the direction of their technology strategy.
Candidate requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong foundation in software development principles.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, combined with a solid understanding of server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .NET.
- Demonstrated experience in developing responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
- Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
Desirable Skills
- Expertise in Python and JavaScript, with a focus on modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue for front-end and Node.js for back-end development.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP) and understanding of scalable infrastructure.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
Salary: £22,000 – £30,000 pa
