Job description

Our Client a Groundwork & Civil Engineering contractor based in North West London currently seek an experienced Plant Fitter to join their Logistics team.

You will be working under instruction from the Plant Manager and you will be responsible for the repair and servicing of Excavators, Dumpers, Dump Trucks, Forklifts and all other heavy plant.

The company specialise in the RC Frame, Aviation, Surfacing and New Build sectors predominantly within Greater London and Surrey.

It is essential that you hold a CSCS card and can provide references for previous work undertook

Duties will include:

Attending live building sites to fix/repair broken down machinery - Excavators, Dumpers, Rollers, Forklifts and small tools
When necessary spending time in the yard to service machines on the contractors fleet

This is an immediate start for the right candidate and is a Temporary to Permanent role with an initial 3 month contract period with a view to being offered a permanent position on completion.
