Job description
Our client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Senior Administrator, Trust.
Overall purpose of the role:
Working as a member of the team to carry out the general administration and supervision of a defined portfolio of clients in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
Key responsibilities will include;
• Set up and maintain statutory records including minutes of directors and shareholders meetings and trustee resolutions for a defined portfolio of clients, and assist senior staff in maintaining other records as necessary.
• Be competent in day to day bookkeeping for companies and trusts to trial balance. With training and experience become involved in dealing with basic accounts.
• Produce a simple set of accounts with assistance.
• Liaise with bankers over remittance of money, deposit accounts and investment transactions.
The successful candidate will have:
• 1-2 years' relevant experience in a Trust administration role.
• Attained or working towards a relevant professional qualification such as the CGI IFA certificate or the STEP certificate.
• Competent IT skills and proficient in all Microsoft applications.
