Job description
Service Engineer/Senior Service Engineer – Construction – Field Based – Permanent – National Travel included.
Role
Reporting to Aftercare Manager the Service Engineer responds to reported defects/call outs within the Aftercare, Service & Maintenance Department, ensuring quality and customer expectations are met to the highest standard.
This vacancy comes with a company van and involves some national travel and stopovers
Duties can include
• Refrigeration/Gas Maintenance
• Plant Room Maintenance i.e. AHU/Pumps/Air Con etc
• Basic Electrical / plumbing maintenance
• Painting & Decorating
• Joinery/carpentry
• Supervising Sub-contractor works
• General repair & maintenance
• Maintaining strong client relationships
• Ad hoc duties when required
Skills/Certificates to include:
• SSSTS/SMSTS
• CSCS
• Full Clean Driving Licence
• Ability to Identify/resolve issues in a timely manner
• Be flexible and dependable
• Ability to work in multifaceted working environments
• Ability to communicate efficiently
