Flagship Store Manager | £55,000 + Benefits | Regents Street London

As Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Support and motivate the in-store team of 30 on a day-to-day basis to achieve the store's targets by identifying and maximising on opportunities to achieve and surpass KPIs, whilst setting the example in exemplary customer service

Having a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store, as well as ensuring back-of-house activities enable the store's successful commercial execution.

With the support from the HR manager, you will nurture and develop your team to unlock their full potential and support their succession.

You play an essential role during fashion events

About you

As a Store Manager you'll have:

• Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store
• Flagship store experience
• A passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service
• An ability to understand the importance of local and global business strategy, and can translate this in to the delivery of store, regional and division KPIs
• Experience in using data to identify trends, issues and root causes, and has the ability to take action to deliver when such opportunities are identified
• Performance management experience
• Strong communication skills in order to establish and coach a team of 3 assistant managers, 2 supervisors and a sales team of 25.
• The ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs
• A positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for the brands product and core values
• A strong understanding of back of house operations.

• Store Management experience in the fashion//accessories/ footwear market
