KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the smooth running of global learning and development offerings by managing event and programme schedules and logistics, supplier co-ordination, and individual learner queries
- Provide support to our learners who are pursuing external training and professional qualifications, ensuring relevant learner documentation such as training agreements are in place
- Maintain development-related processes and policies
- Support with the creation of learning materials, providing the space for you to get creative, leveraging our digital software platforms
- Administer the Learning Management System including adding and maintaining scheduled training events
- Ensure detailed records of training spend and participation in external courses, coaching and professional qualifications are maintained
- Act as a point of contact for our valued supplier partners
- Provide support to the Talent & Development team with general administration tasks
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous HR experience isn't required, you could be someone looking to return to work or interested to step into a new career
- Professional services experience, this would be advantageous but not essential

- Excellent customer services skills and a positive can-do attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
