Co-ordinate payments and invoices post event, and maintaining support documentation
Process and distribute monthly customer statements
Update payment sheets with event payments and deposits
Post and allocate all sales ledger cash daily and maintain relevant documentation
Support daily and monthly bank reconciliations
Previous relevant experience
Proficiency with computers, particularly excel and accounting systems
Home to the Hammers, UK Athletics, host of the 2012 Summer Olympics, and Europe’s first series of MLB games, London Stadium is no stranger to hosting word-class events. The hospitality services at the 60 – 80,000 seated stadia have been managed by Delaware North since 2015.
