Family Lawyer - Legal Aid
Somerset/ Devon
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Lawyer to join a multi office practice with an outstanding reputation. This firm have gone through a period of significant growth and have a number of offices across Devon and Somerset. This position will be based in Yeovil which is one of eight of the firm's offices. This is an exciting time to join the firm as they continue to grow and go from strength to strength.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and have a sound knowledge of the legal aid system and undertake a broad mix of both public and private law matters funded by Legal Aid.
You must be able to independently manage your own caseload and be able listen to client needs sensitively and fairly whilst providing clear, supportive, and careful guidance to help deliver the best outcome for them. Exceptional client care and time management/organisational skills are essential for this role.
Ideally you will be on the Children's Panel or, be working towards the same.
