Multi Trade Operatives - carpentry and/or plumbing based qualifications required
Location: Head Office NW2, working in London area within M25
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 + overtime per annum and company van/fuel card
Contract : Full time, permanent
KBK Property Services is a reactive and planned maintenance company operating within the M25. We cater to block management and letting agents but due to continued growth, we are looking to add experienced Multi Trade Operatives to our small team based in North London. Trades include, plumbing, trace and access, carpentry, roofing, decorating, plastering, tiling, electrical and locks.
As a qualified Multi Trade Operative with a minimum of 10 years' experience, you will undertake allocated repairs within agreed timescales to a high specification whilst working under minimal supervision.
Carpentry or plumbing will be your main trade, but experience in the following areas is also necessary:
* Carpentry - laying engineered and solid floors
* Plumbing - basic plumbing including changing taps, sink etc
* Tracing of leaks.
* Roofing
* Tiling
* Patch plastering
* General Maintenance
You must hold a valid driver's licence, have own tools.
You will be supplied with a company van, fuel, phone and uniform.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
