Job description
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting an Account Coordinator to join the team located in Canary Wharf. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operating delivery, exceptional customer service and comprehensive administrative services to the client and the contract. To be successful in the role it is key that the Account Coordinator understands procedures, processes, and operates them to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Organise weekly Senior Management Team (SMT) meetings - agenda setting, meeting rooms, assigning action plans and accountability.
QBOR 1 and 2 weekly reports to be sent to management. QBORs to be closed with provided date and evidence.
Cognos Report to be prepared and distributed.
Management reporting of the helpdesk and PPM statistics across EMEA.
Responsible for Account wide communications including organising and setting Account Town Hall meetings, presentation material, monthly newsletters, and distribution lists.
Support recruitment process and on-boarding/off-boarding Account staff – set up and orientation. Support Master Service Agreement (MSA) governance, compliance, and contract measurement.
Support and produce monthly reporting for MOR, KPI & Governance meetings including required minutes, change controls and agendas.
Support and produce weekly reporting for client and any required EMEA reporting (weekly report).
Support monthly reporting for Regional Reviews and Account Review Meeting.
Support Executive Reporting - key client and CBRE corporate presentations.
Finger on the pulse’ - maintains forward visible event pipeline, incorporating key timeline impact points across all Service Lines/Account Functions and International footprint.
To book meeting rooms/meetings using the dedicated software.
Provide general administration support as and when required.
Policy and procedure compliance
Essential Skills:
Highly computer literate.
IT Skills to achieve key tasks and give the business a sound reporting base.
Superior written and verbal communication skills with strong oral presentation skills.
Strong PC skills, MS Office especially PowerPoint.
Self-motivated and resourceful
Well organised, good prioritisation and planning skills.
Key focus for this role is to ensure that all FM services are delivered in a confident and efficient manner.
Service orientated attitude combined with innovative thinking.
Education:
Hold academic passes with at least GCSE Math's and English or equivalent. (Essential)
Higher educational qualifications to ‘A’ level or degree (or equivalent). (Desirable)
Knowledge:
A basic understanding of business and customer-facing environments. (Essential)
Understands the requirements of operating in a contract environment. (Desirable)
Experience :
Been part of a high-performing team. (Essential)
Previous experience of a service industry role using operating systems such as Dynamics AX. (Desirable)
Aptitude :
Customer focus skills with a passion for customer service.
Effective communication skills enabling the individual to work with clients, suppliers, and staff at all levels.
