Our client, situated in the cathedral city of Peterborough, is looking for a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join their experienced and friendly team. The practice has been well-established in the community for nearly 20 years and has looked after the pets of the community ever since. They offer a wide range of facilities including an in-house laboratory, radiology, biochemistry, dentistry, ultrasound, x-ray and much more. They are RCVS accredited and have been awarded silver status by the ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic.
You will be joining an enthusiastic, friendly, and supportive team of vets, nurses and receptionists dedicated to providing excellent veterinary care. A key focus for the practice and the whole team is preventative care, and they continuously share ideas and knowledge with each other and their community.
The successful candidate can be either a newly qualified graduate or a more experienced vet. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and be a motivated and friendly team player with an ability to engage well with clients. You will be RCVS-registered, have excellent time-management skills and have a desire to practice good medicine and show empathy towards clients and their pets.
Role:
- Salary up to £63,000 DOE
- Full time or part time role
- 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8am - 1:30pm
- Open to new graduates
