We are a leading company specializing in maintaining HVAC and Fire/Smoke Control Systems . We are a dynamic and ambitious team, and we're looking for a Group Operations Director to join us on our exciting journey.The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role with a background in HVAC or facilities management. They will have extensive experience in successfully implementing growth strategies and utilising exceptional leadership skills.

Location: Redhill – RH1 4HW

The Role

In this pivotal role, you will be the mastermind behind our operational strategy. You'll oversee multiple entities within the HVAC group, ensuring efficient processes, exceptional quality, and top–notch customer satisfaction. As a leader, you'll cultivate a culture of excellence, mentor department heads, and inspire your team to achieve ambitious goals.

• Orchestrate operational activities across various HVAC entities.
• Implement streamlined processes to boost efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing for collective operational improvement.
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to drive growth and profitability.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Cultivate a culture of excellence, mentor department heads, and lead by example.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: GBP90,000 – GBP110,000

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven track record (5+ years) in a senior leadership role overseeing operations in HVAC or facilities management.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a talent for aligning diverse teams towards a common goal.
• Strategic thinker with a history of implementing successful operational strategies and driving growth.
• Strong commercial acumen.
