My client is an extremely reputable organisation based in Blackburn. They are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their team on a temporary basis.
Job Description
As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for:
- Managing client accounts and ensuring payments are up to date
- Resolving invoice discrepancies and client issues
- Reporting on outstanding debts and financial statuses
- Implementing effective recovery strategies
- Liaising with sales teams to ensure credit procedures are followed
- Supporting the accounting team with month-end processes
- Complying with regulatory requirements
The Successful Applicant
A successful credit controller should have:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting procedures
