Job Description
- Oversee the accounting and finance department.
- Develop and implement financial strategies.
- Prepare and present financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Lead and motivate a team of finance professionals.
- Improve financial systems and processes.
- Engage with stakeholders and present financial information.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Head of Finance should have:
- Professional certification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA).
- Proven experience in a similar role ( Finance Director/ Head of Finance) within the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Experience managing/ overseeing Operations as well as Finance.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
- Experience in senior Finance
