You will keep up-to-date records in our digital systems so that any clinician interacting with the client is immediately informed of their risk status and can easily access concise, timely records of the nature of the risk, management plans and actions taken.

There will be an opportunity to develop in this role and potentially, opportunities to working on other pathways such as Psychoeducation groups and initial needs screening. Ultimately, you will support the Safeguarding Lead with companywide risk management training and process development.
