Job description
Smile are currently working with one of our Multi Academy Trusts based in Melton are currently seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistant’s to join them for their long-term work in their Primary Schools.
The role will be based in one of their site’s in Melton Mowbray (LE13) supporting across Key Stages 1&2 classes and are looking for people for an immediate start to work on a 121 basis.
What to look forward to…
- Preparing learning materials under the supervision of the class teacher
- Look after a child’s physical, social, and emotional welfare
- Create a stimulating and fun learning environment
- Feedback to teachers and maintain the pupils’ records
- Work with outside professionals to help create EHCP for the pupil
- Follow all safeguarding procedures
- MOST IMPORTANTLY: building a great 1-1 relationship with a child, support their learning journey and earn the reward of seeing them flourish!

Pay rate of £80-£100
